The primary responsibility of the Accounting Clerk is to provide accounting and clerical assistance to Accounting Department. The chosen candidate will maintain accounting document files, including daily work and accounts payable. The person will support accounting personnel as requested. The incumbent will maintain regular contact with other departments to obtain and convey information and/or to correct accounting transactions. This experienced candidate will be accountable for accounting documents, records, and reports are prepared, maintained, and typed accurately and in a timely manner. This individual will assume responsibility for effectively researching, tracking and resolving accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.

High school diploma
Serves schools and colleges, hospitals and nursing homes, restaurants and convenient stores, and independent supermarkets and chains by providing dairy products.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
